Session Flow

I offer 90-minute sessions, held in person or on Zoom, whichever feels best for you.

Sessions are deep, intuitive, and completely tailored to you.

I recommend beginning with three sessions, spaced about two weeks apart, to create space for real shifts and integration.
After that, many clients move into monthly sessions for ongoing support.
But one-off sessions are also available and can be powerful for those with a specific focus or a need to reconnect.
