What This Work Is Really About

Many people come to me feeling emotionally stuck or weighed down, even if their life looks “fine” from the outside.

You might recognise yourself in some of this:

  • You feel overwhelmed, tense, or shut down more often than you’d like

  • You notice the same emotional or relational patterns repeating

  • You carry a quiet heaviness or fatigue you can’t fully explain

  • You’ve done a lot of inner work, but something still feels unresolved

This work creates space to slow down and listen to what your emotions are communicating — without judgement, pressure, or the need to perform.

My Approach

I’m not here to coach the mask you’ve learned to wear.
I’m here for you the part underneath.

The part that’s been holding things together quietly.
The part that’s been waiting for space, softness, and somewhere safe to land.

My work is rooted in emotional truth, deep presence, and intuition.
I listen not just to what you say, but to what’s carried underneath your words in your body, your emotions, and your pauses.

This work isn’t about trying harder or fixing yourself.
It’s about creating enough safety to feel what’s been held back,
and allowing what isn’t truly you to soften and fall away.

This is not surface-level work.

Clients often tell me they’ve never felt so seen or able to speak so honestly before.
I don’t follow a script or apply a one-size-fits-all method.

Instead, I reflect what I sense with warmth, clarity, and sometimes gentle truth, always at your pace, always with care.

I hold a space where you can stop performing, protecting, or proving.
Where your nervous system can settle.
Where emotions are allowed to be messengers rather than problems to solve.

Session Flow

I offer 90‑minute sessions, held either in person or via Zoom.

Sessions are intuitive, spacious, and fully tailored to you.
There’s time to slow down, explore what’s present, and allow meaningful shifts to unfold naturally.

I generally recommend beginning with three sessions, spaced around two weeks apart.
This allows space for patterns to surface, for integration between sessions, and for real change to settle.

Some people continue with monthly sessions for ongoing support, while others return when they feel the need to reconnect or explore something specific.
One‑off sessions are also available and can be powerful in their own right.
